About the role
- Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across entities
- Own FP&A: budgets, variance analysis, and long-range planning
- Oversee accounting, cash flow, and compliance
- Manage CapEx planning, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules
- Build financial controls, processes, and reporting systems
- Support ownership and private equity partners on M&A and capital strategy
- Develop a lean, capable finance team as the business scales
Requirements
- CPA or MBA
- 10+ years in multi-entity finance or operations accounting
- Experience in a private equity–backed environment
- Background in asset-heavy accounting and CapEx management
- Proven experience in FP&A and data-driven financial planning
- Demonstrated success building or upgrading financial systems
- Strong grasp of GAAP, cash flow, and consolidation
- Willing to travel regionally (~20%)
