About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take overall responsibility for the content team
Build scalable structures, processes, and workflows
Develop the team professionally and personally
Set clear goals and establish a strong feedback and performance culture
Develop and manage data-driven strategies for reach, audience development, and monetization
Make decisions based on performance data, KPIs, and insights
Own content visibility through SEO and community management
Develop new content formats and work closely with marketing, product, and tech

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience leading content, editorial, or publishing teams
Experience in fast-growing, dynamic environments
Understanding of audience development, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and monetization
Solid knowledge of SEO, content distribution, and modern discovery channels
Confident use of analytics, performance data, and KPI systems
Active use of AI tools for content research, production, and analysis
Leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility
