About the role

  • Penetrate market and drive sales of Drawtex, Vashe, and Urgo portfolio
  • Promote products directly to hospitals, clinics, long-term care and home health across care continuum
  • Use solution-based and concept selling approaches to communicate product advantages, features, benefits and clinical value
  • Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators and manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
  • Provide product demonstrations, support and education to customers
  • Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
  • Maintain Salesforce.com input and sales forecasts, expense reports and complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately
  • Achieve sales targets through territory management, maintain sales base while closing new business
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts and develop/execute sales strategies
  • Travel within assigned territory up to 50% and provide customer-focused service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required (preferably health science or marketing/business)
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience with proven track record
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Presentation skills and ability to present to Executive-level management
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information and excellent sales skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (input and maintenance) and other CRM/databases
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and educate customers
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships and display appropriate behavior
  • Ability to comply with Health Care compliance guidelines
  • Ability to implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System
  • Ability to prioritize, strong organizational and planning skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory up to 50% (some regional, overnight travel)
