About the role
- Penetrate market and drive sales of Drawtex, Vashe, and Urgo portfolio
- Promote products directly to hospitals, clinics, long-term care and home health across care continuum
- Use solution-based and concept selling approaches to communicate product advantages, features, benefits and clinical value
- Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators and manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
- Provide product demonstrations, support and education to customers
- Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
- Maintain Salesforce.com input and sales forecasts, expense reports and complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately
- Achieve sales targets through territory management, maintain sales base while closing new business
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts and develop/execute sales strategies
- Travel within assigned territory up to 50% and provide customer-focused service
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (preferably health science or marketing/business)
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Presentation skills and ability to present to Executive-level management
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new information and excellent sales skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com (input and maintenance) and other CRM/databases
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and educate customers
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships and display appropriate behavior
- Ability to comply with Health Care compliance guidelines
- Ability to implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System
- Ability to prioritize, strong organizational and planning skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory up to 50% (some regional, overnight travel)
