About the role
- Design and execution of URGO's strategic communication
- Development of target-group-specific content and distribution across all relevant channels (digital and traditional)
- Brand strengthening and consistent communication
- Conceptualization and production of content for different target groups in the HCP environment – from idea to implementation (online & offline)
- Execution across relevant channels, e.g., social media, website, internal/external platforms, and newsletters
- Management and monitoring of social media activities in collaboration with external partners and agencies
- Editorial management and continuous optimization of the corporate website (including content planning, copywriting, coordination with service providers)
- Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Requirements
- Completed commercial training with additional qualification in marketing (e.g., Marketing Specialist IHK) or degree in marketing/communications/business administration
- Initial professional experience in digital corporate communication and social media
- Confident use of digital tools and content management systems
- Business-fluent German
- Excellent written and spoken English
- High creativity and commitment
- Analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking and acting
- High level of integrity, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Independent time management and responsible working style
- Willingness to travel
