About the role

  • Design and execution of URGO's strategic communication
  • Development of target-group-specific content and distribution across all relevant channels (digital and traditional)
  • Brand strengthening and consistent communication
  • Conceptualization and production of content for different target groups in the HCP environment – from idea to implementation (online & offline)
  • Execution across relevant channels, e.g., social media, website, internal/external platforms, and newsletters
  • Management and monitoring of social media activities in collaboration with external partners and agencies
  • Editorial management and continuous optimization of the corporate website (including content planning, copywriting, coordination with service providers)
  • Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training with additional qualification in marketing (e.g., Marketing Specialist IHK) or degree in marketing/communications/business administration
  • Initial professional experience in digital corporate communication and social media
  • Confident use of digital tools and content management systems
  • Business-fluent German
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High creativity and commitment
  • Analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking and acting
  • High level of integrity, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Independent time management and responsible working style
  • Willingness to travel
