About the role

  • Design and implement the training strategy for the entire sales organization
  • Develop compelling sales pitches in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Governmental Affairs and HR
  • Coach and support field sales representatives across Germany
  • Create individual learning and development plans
  • Responsible for designing, managing and continuously improving all training initiatives
  • Analyze KPIs and sales data to identify development opportunities
  • Plan and implement the onboarding process for new employees
  • Manage the training budget
  • Implement the "Train the Trainer" concept

Requirements

  • Solid education or background in training, coaching or education
  • Good understanding of the German healthcare system, including its structures and processes
  • Several years of experience in education, training or adult learning
  • Fluent German and good command of English
  • Strong cost- and results-orientation
  • Familiarity with modern leadership and management methods
  • Strong networking and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for cross-site collaboration
  • Knowledge of personnel and talent development methods
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to drive projects to completion
  • Experience in coaching and training, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Solid project management skills
