About the role

  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement training programs.
  • Curriculum and program development: Create, review and update curricula and learning materials.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure all programs meet internal standards.
  • Trainer and team management: Train and supervise instructors and trainers.
  • Training delivery & quality: Responsible for implementing the "Train the Trainer" concept.
  • Evaluation & success measurement: Develop appropriate assessment and feedback methods; analyze learning outcomes.
  • Collaboration with sales: Develop coaching tools and training formats.
  • Budget and resource management: Plan and manage the budget.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Track key metrics and report to management.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with the leadership team and represent externally.
  • Interface between Marketing, Medical and Sales: Coordinate closely across departments.
  • Onboarding: Responsible for the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Sales pitch development: Develop sales pitches and support the teams.

Requirements

  • Solid education or background in training, coaching or education.
  • Good understanding of the German healthcare system and its structures and processes.
  • Several years of experience in education, training or adult education.
  • Fluent German and good command of English.
  • Strong cost- and results-orientation with the ability to combine efficiency and impact.
  • Familiarity with modern leadership and management methods and targeted application of them.
  • Strong networking and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility for cross-site collaboration.
  • Knowledge of personnel and talent development methods and practical application of them.
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to drive projects in a goal-oriented, implementation-focused way.
  • Experienced in coaching and training — 1:1, team settings and in developing new training concepts.
  • Solid project management skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
