About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and improve the engineering technical documentation system, using the Green Docs platform as the central tool for control and versioning;
  • Ensure that all engineering documents—such as designs, specifications, flowcharts, bills of materials, and reports—are received, reviewed and distributed in accordance with internal and contractual standards;
  • Standardize naming conventions, formats and metadata, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and client requirements;
  • Monitor issuance and approval deadlines, updating progress reports and indicators;
  • Assist engineers, suppliers and other departments with correct submission and updating of documents in the system;
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and secure flow of technical information;
  • Conduct document audits and recommend continuous improvements to control and storage processes;
  • Maintain the integrity, traceability and backup of the entire technical document repository, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Archival Science, Library Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the Green Docs platform and its versioning, workflows and distribution modules (desirable);
  • Experience with other technical document management tools;
  • Ability to structure workflows, map risks, ensure traceability and promote best practices in technical information governance;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Intermediate English (technical reading).
