About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage corporate travel requests, obtaining quotes for airline tickets, accommodations, car rentals and other related services;
Make bookings, ticketing, rebookings and cancellations for flights, hotels and other corporate travel services, ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy and providing support to employees;
Provide assistance to executives and employees;
Serve as a point of contact between employees, managers, suppliers and corporate travel agencies;
Negotiate with airlines, hotels, rental car companies and travel agencies to secure better commercial terms;
Perform financial control of travel, including entries, invoice and corporate card reconciliation, expense reporting and proper allocation to cost centers;
Monitor KPIs, manage the travel operation budget and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement of processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
Experience in corporate travel management or working in travel agencies;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
