About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft approval and amendment emails for Coordinator review before sending to vendors
  • Partner with the Coordinator to identify meeting agendas, gather samples, take notes, and follow up after meetings
  • Create and maintain style pages in Tradestone with suppliers
  • Prepare for seasonal product reviews and gather cost, T&A, and sample-tracking information in Tradestone
  • Track vendor sample send dates, including proto samples, finalization samples, and TOPs
  • Gather bulk production testing and PI sheets
  • Manage customs line review with Compliance
  • Prepare for TOP meetings by gathering samples and setting up
  • Organize and maintain seasonal product picture packs
  • Manage WIP reports
  • Organize and check weekly packages
  • Draft and send seasonal emails to vendors for new briefs and sample requests for assigned categories
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure systems are updated accurately and on time
  • Keep sample reports current and manage development samples
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages
  • Communicate professionally by email and in person with Design, Production, and Buying team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with vendors as well as Design, Buying, and Artist Collaboration Teams
  • Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and strong memorization skills
