About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual sales and shipping goals
  • Update weekly line sheets based on ATS reports
  • Submit Return Authorization, Damage Request, and Credit Memos for the Specialty Team
  • Create weekly emails and marketing blasts in Canva
  • Partner with operations and customer service teams to deliver timely and complete orders; track and monitor shipping
  • Manage the overall scope of the business and anticipate actions needed to consistently meet goals
  • Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitability
  • Increase brand awareness within the NW territory
  • Ensure timely order maintenance
  • Perform administrative work related to specialty store product setups, ATS reports, and scheduling
  • Compile weekly selling analyses, including style selling, location selling, and top styles, and identify reorder and replenishment opportunities
  • Attend and prepare for in-showroom market appointments and major trade shows
  • Maintain global awareness of the Free People business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Keen awareness of emerging trends within the fitness industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Understanding of retail math
  • Wholesale sales or buying experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, or similar discipline
