About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce high-quality, brand-appropriate imagery that is color accurate, properly exposed, and aligned with creative standards
Process, crop, and manage files in Capture One according to file size and technical specifications
Execute photography for web creative and social media content
Maintain studio organization and care for equipment, props, and supplies
Assist with set breakdown and other hands-on production tasks as needed
Manage deadlines and production schedules to meet image count, quality, and delivery expectations
Adapt to shifting priorities and timelines while maintaining pace and accountability
Interpret and uphold the Art Director’s vision and communicate direction to the broader team
Research and propose new lighting techniques and creative approaches
Collaborate with stylists, art directors, and retouchers to elevate the final product

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in digital photography and lighting setup, preferably in a studio environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with digital photography equipment and software
Familiarity with using AI for creative imagery
A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for home decor and furniture
At least 5 years of experience
Portfolio submission required
Previous experience in a similar role within the home decor or furniture industry (preferred)
