  • Identify marketing and promotional opportunities and contribute to marketing, packaging, and promotional plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Art, and Creative teams to create product narratives and drive store and online traffic
  • Determine the mix of market and private-label products for each buying area
  • Determine in-store product placement and priority positioning
  • Align with Creative and communicate priorities to the field
  • Conduct seasonal overviews, regular store visits, and weekly operations meetings
  • Analyze business information and develop in-season recommendations
  • Increase sales, improve margins, optimize inventories, and decrease markdowns
