About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily operational functions within the buying area
Ensure timely merchandise delivery through communication and follow-up with vendors, distribution center, and buying team
Develop cross-functional relationships with distribution center, vendors, production, buying, planning, and allocation teams
Enter and revise purchase orders
Track and monitor merchandise receipts
Maintain SKUs
Manage backorders and pre-orders
Communicate and follow up with the distribution center
Manage and execute RTVs, retickets, and price changes with Planning and Allocation
Manage receipts alongside OTB availability and collaborate on shifting orders and receipts
Manage DTC flags and shipping restrictions
Manage GTINs
QA problematic SKUs and correct inventory issues to improve customer experience
Correct customer-facing product information with Web Operations
Facilitate invoice corrections and adjustments with Accounts Payable
Own and manage Drop Ship business tasks using DSCO/Rithum
Create, maintain, and manage Drop Ship SKUs, including status, cost, and lead-day changes
Monitor DSCO/Rithum SKU issues and system errors
Assist with vendor onboarding on URBN and DSCO/Rithum platforms
Address vendor customer issues and order updates
Monitor fulfillment delays, overdue orders, and discontinued items to maintain customer satisfaction and website accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills
Analytical ability and comprehension of how multiple systems interact
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace programs
Excellent time management skills
High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented
Prior experience in retail inventory software is a plus
Customer service or prior retail experience is a plus
