About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and resolve daily export compliance issues for URBN’s retail and wholesale business
  • Enter data in Bamboo Rose, the Product Lifecycle Management System
  • Develop product classification knowledge across apparel, footwear, home, and beauty products
  • Assist with customs audits and investigations as required
  • Process weekly truck shipments from distribution centers to fulfill Canadian retail stores
  • Review export documents for international wholesale customers and vendors
  • Process invoices for Accounts Payable
  • Assist with inquiries from the Canada Customs Broker
  • Run reports and analyze data
  • Support the operations of the International Compliance Department and collaborate with business partners as issues arise
