About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and drive execution of annual, seasonal, and monthly consumer brand plans
  • Manage end-to-end processes and day-to-day program operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market plans for brands
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture and leads through change and ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for complex business issues
  • Fluency in reading consumer data and creating measurement and optimization plans
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with working teams and key partners
  • Detail-oriented, able to build plans and presentations and keep teams aligned
  • Familiarity with current trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
