About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report into the Sr. Video Producer and support the post production process & pre-production for videos across all Anthropologie Group brands.
  • Assist with creating post production timelines for internal teams and freelancers, ensuring all timelines are on track and deadlines are met,
  • Communicate with editors, Digital Design team, and marketing and social teams on video status.
  • Monitor all post timelines daily and check in with teams for deadlines and deliveries.
  • Check all final videos for delivery and distribute final videos through Video Assets distribution email.
  • Follow up with creative directors on video feedback and ensure all feedback for editors is clear, concise, and given in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate with Sr. Video Producer after shoots to send footage to editors at the start of post production.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an eye for process improvements
  • Previous experience working with video talent (editors, dop's, production crews, etc.)
  • Experience with booking freelance crew and talent
  • Strong understanding of video post production timelines, processes, work flow, and understanding of different video specs and file types.
  • Ability to multitask with awareness for timing and urgency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Must be able to communicate needs and creative feedback efficiently.
  • Excitement to contribute to a collaborative, creative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Experience in Adobe Premiere is a plus.
