About the role
- Provides support for all employees using back office equipment across in our Call Center as well as employees globally
- Utilize troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve issues submitted through our help desk website as well as case escalations submitted via our remote support teams
- Maintain Zoom rooms used within the Call Center
- Manage hardware deployment for new employees and refreshing existing equipment
- Responsible for shipping and receiving equipment
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Microsoft Office 365 experience (Office apps, OneDrive/SharePoint) as well as Google Workspace experience (Gmail, Google Productivity applications)
- Experience troubleshooting printers
- Experience as a technical resource within a Call Center environment a plus
