About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an engaging and inspiring environment
- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
- Partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the FP customer
- Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience

Requirements
What you’ll need- Love for the FP brand
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
