Key responsibilities & impact

  • Help maintain a space that feels inspiring, organized, and easy to shop; from restocking to styling displays, you’ll keep the store looking fresh and on-brand
  • Use in-store tech to support customers however they want to shop—whether that’s in-store, online, or somewhere in between
  • Be open to trying new things, jumping in where needed, and learning as you go—every day is a little different, and that’s part of the fun
  • Support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and make the store a positive place to be

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A genuine love for Urban Outfitters
  • Confidence in expressing your personal style and creativity
  • A people-first mindset, you enjoy meeting and helping others
