About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Safeguard people, products, and property across supply chain operations.
  • Blend proactive risk prevention with responsive incident handling.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Transportation to ensure security.
  • Help associates feel safe and heard by providing confidential reporting channels.
  • Use tools (CCTV & access control) to identify risk indicators.
  • Document incident reports and statements.
  • Monitor and review CCTV for risk signals.
  • Communicate clearly and calmly during tense situations; de-escalate when possible.
  • Follow SOPs for access control, visitor sign-in, driver check-in/out, and badge management.
  • Work varied schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak volume or incidents.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years in asset protection/loss prevention, security, or operations in a supply chain/warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
  • Clear verbal/written communication
  • De-escalation capability
  • Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and badge systems
  • Proficient with MS Office/365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to understand written and oral directions in English
  • Ability to write in English.
