About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the facilitation of new hire orientation sessions
- Provide frontline support to employees by addressing inquiries and requests related to policies, My URBN, timekeeping, benefits, and pay
- Organize and communicate associate and leadership engagement activities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices adhere to all local, state, and federal legal requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and Excel
- working knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS applications; experience with UKG/Kronos is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle highly confidential HR information with sensitivity and utmost accuracy
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
