About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the facilitation of new hire orientation sessions
  • Provide frontline support to employees by addressing inquiries and requests related to policies, My URBN, timekeeping, benefits, and pay
  • Organize and communicate associate and leadership engagement activities
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks
  • Stay current with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices adhere to all local, state, and federal legal requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree Preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and Excel
  • working knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS applications; experience with UKG/Kronos is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle highly confidential HR information with sensitivity and utmost accuracy
  • Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
