About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directs the service, selling, and styling to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment

  • Oversees the omni process to ensure fill rates are maintained and the brand standard for omni organization is followed
  • Contributes to an inclusive environment by helping to amplify all voices
  • Facilitates the sharing of product knowledge, current trends, brand messaging, and store priorities through daily touchpoints with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Anthro brand fan
  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
  • Proven record of developing great talent
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
