Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store
Lead by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service
Actively participate leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone
Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure we retain a diverse and engaged team
Support daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, restocking product, and helping with facilities or IT issues
Check in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of retail leadership experience
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
