About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate and execute the UO Home vision.
- Attend Concept and Sketch Reviews to translate Design’s dreams into reality.
- Partner with Merchants to analyze adoption rates and style counts.
- Manage and mentor our supplier base.
- Own the seasonal calendar.
- Coach direct reports in mastering the "Brand DNA."
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive development and sourcing experience.
- A deep understanding of product development, and the nuances of home decor.
- Proven success in building "ride-or-die" relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors alike.
- An expert at mentoring others, translating strategy into actionable projects.
