Key responsibilities & impact

Directs the merchandising, product flow, and display while supporting daily store operations
Partners with store leadership in managing product flow and visual execution
Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience, in-store marketing, and merchandising
Mentors the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology
Promotes an inclusive environment and sets clear objectives for the team
Manages the visual direction from planning through execution to meet Company expectations
Assesses store business using reporting tools to identify merchant opportunities
Plans an effective shipment process and creates strategies for replenishment and recovery

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience
Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
Experience with floor planning
Proven record of developing great talent
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
