About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
- Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Actively shares details to promote FP Movement events
- Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities
- Actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience
- Takes initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge
- Supports the store management team by participating in daily office procedures
- Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing
- Adheres to store’s safety standards and uphold all company policy
- Engages employees at all levels to encourage open dialogue
- Stays current and collaborates with the leadership team
- Guides and develops Stylist team; takes responsibility for own development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
