Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an engaging and inspiring environment
Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on creation of an engaging visual experience
Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations
Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone

Sustains daily operating standards and assesses sales forecasting

Collaborates with key partners to execute shipment processing and restocking

Requirements

What you’ll need

Love for the FP brand
1+ years store leadership experience
Experience being a team player
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
