Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store
Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values
Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming
Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations
Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone
Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
Sustain daily operating standards by assessing sales forecasting and supporting scheduling
Collaborates with key partners to execute shipment processing and restocking
Leads with an inclusive and people-first philosophy
Stays current with interoffice communication
Provides global insight related to customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years store leadership experience
Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
