About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the replenishment fulfillment processes in the distribution center
Acting as liaisons between various departments to proactively identify and resolve issues
Monitoring and reporting at the start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift
Setting shift goals and labor plans to keep all channels within SLA
Completing all SLA-related reporting
Monitoring and reporting IB freight performance against plan/schedule
Automating and maintaining workflow in all areas
Identifying and reporting aged products at all touchpoints
Updating weekly labor planning
Interacting with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Ensuring all employees are trained in safety and operation standards
Inspecting the quality of work and accuracy
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

18 years or older
High school degree or GED required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Understanding of Outlook Email system
Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
