About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing the replenishment fulfillment processes in the distribution center
- Acting as liaisons between various departments to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Monitoring and reporting at the start of shift, bi-hourly, and end of shift
- Setting shift goals and labor plans to keep all channels within SLA
- Completing all SLA-related reporting
- Monitoring and reporting IB freight performance against plan/schedule
- Automating and maintaining workflow in all areas
- Identifying and reporting aged products at all touchpoints
- Updating weekly labor planning
- Interacting with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Ensuring all employees are trained in safety and operation standards
- Inspecting the quality of work and accuracy
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Understanding of Outlook Email system
- Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
