About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivers exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and personalized
- Drives sales through elevated styling and outfitting recommendations
- Partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Display Artist on the creation of an engaging visual experience
- Supports visual leaders in execution of in-store creative marketing
- Promotes an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices
- Facilitates the sharing of new product, current trends, key investments, and visual priorities through daily meetings with the team
- Checks in with Visual Merchandising Manager, Store Manager, and Display Artist to maintain teamwork
- Contributes to a positive team morale participating in store initiatives
- Supports in execution of merchandising direction to meet company expectations, budgets, and timeline
- Assesses store business using company reporting tools to identify merchandising opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years retail merchandising experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including early morning weekday shifts
- Anthro brand fan
