About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
- Partners with the store leadership team on the creation of an engaging experience that appeals to the FP Movement customer
- Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience
- Encourages the team to build lasting relationships through personalized service
- Actively shares details to promote FP Movement events
- Supports the execution of events in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners
- Utilizes technology to be well-informed on events and special offers in store and online
- Acts as an elevated team member
- Actively participates in managing the store environment and customer experience
- Takes initiative in teaching and sharing product knowledge
- Supports the store management team by participating in daily office procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
