About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct the service, selling, and styling to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment
- Lead by example in providing extraordinary service where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
- Empower the team to drive sales and metrics
- Teach the team to provide a frictionless customer experience and elevate shopping experience
- Oversee training, development, and accountability of the CEM program
- Drive styling program and cultivate relationships with customers
- Support Store Manager in curating events
- Contribute to assessing sales forecasts and optimizing peak selling hours
- Facilitate product knowledge and brand messaging through daily touchpoints with the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Anthro brand fan
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of developing great talent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
