Key responsibilities & impact

Direct the service, selling, and styling to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment
Lead by example in providing extraordinary service where all customers feel welcome, heard, and valued
Empower the team to drive sales and metrics
Teach the team to provide a frictionless customer experience and elevate shopping experience
Oversee training, development, and accountability of the CEM program
Drive styling program and cultivate relationships with customers
Support Store Manager in curating events
Contribute to assessing sales forecasts and optimizing peak selling hours
Facilitate product knowledge and brand messaging through daily touchpoints with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Anthro brand fan
2+ years of retail leadership experience
Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
Proven record of developing great talent
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
