Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Leadership Team on the creation of an engaging visual experience
Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities
Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Builds a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team
Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
Oversees and collaborates with key partners to uphold daily operating procedures
Assesses global business and product sell-through to identify business success and opportunities for the store
Promotes an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years store leadership experience
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
