Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values
  • Collaborates with store leadership on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the Reclectic customer
  • Supports the Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the store experience through optimizing product flow, efficient store operations and visual merchandising

  • Assesses staff scheduling needs and manages team availability

  • Increases store sales through customer service and maintaining stock levels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years store leadership experience
  • Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
  • Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
  • Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
