About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values
- Collaborates with store leadership on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the Reclectic customer
- Supports the Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the store experience through optimizing product flow, efficient store operations and visual merchandising
- Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment for genuine customer experiences
- Takes an active role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team
- Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
- Assesses staff scheduling needs and manages team availability
- Collaborates with leadership team to assess product sell-through and identify store successes
- Holds team accountable to scheduling and timekeeping policies
- Increases store sales through customer service and maintaining stock levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years store leadership experience
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
- Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
