About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions
- Oversees and collaborates with key partners to manage visual direction; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to efficiently impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience
- Initiates conversation with Home Office leadership to continuously improve presentation and experience
- Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
- Emulates global URBN values while acting as a local representative of the Reclectic brand in their respective geography
- Partners with the Leadership Team to create balance between engaging visuals and the productive use of space
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Experience with floor planning
- Proven record of developing great talent
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
