Key responsibilities & impact- Supports selling, service, and operations of the store with merchandising and display
- Acts as a brand ambassador reflecting company values
- Trains the team on store processes and standards
- Participates as the manager-on-duty driving engagement in each zone
- Manages visual direction from planning through execution
- Drives effective shipment and omni process prioritizing customer product delivery
- Engages employees to ensure open dialogue
- Provides global product and visual feedback to Store Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
