The Store Manager will lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience.
Deliver an environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer while fostering continual team development.
Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Leadership Team.
Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities.
Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Builds a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team to fuel internal growth.
Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability.
Oversees and collaborates with key partners to uphold daily operating procedures and assess accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for UO brand
5+ years store leadership experience
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
