About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- In collaboration with the Store Manager, takes an entrepreneurial approach to driving store sales and the overall store experience.
- Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values.
- Supports the Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the store experience through optimizing product flow, efficient store operations and visual merchandising.
- Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by interpreting customer feedback and team insights.
- Takes an active role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team.
- Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability.
- Collaborates with leadership team to assess product sell-through and identify store successes and opportunities.
- Maintains a well-organized, clean and presentable building.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for Reclectic brand and concept
- 3+ years store leadership experience
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
- Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
