About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness and happiness.
- Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values.
- Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming.
- Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping and event experience.
- Guides the team to prioritize the customer service and styling recommendations.
- Participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone.
- Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
