Key responsibilities & impact

Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store
Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service
Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote unique customer events
Actively participates leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone
Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure we retain a diverse and engaged team
Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures
Provides feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of retail leadership experience
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
