Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store with an emphasis on merchandising and display
Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values
Partners with the leadership team on the creation of an engaging visual experience
Involves entire team in selling and visual initiatives that enhance the customer experience
Takes a forward-thinking approach to the customer experience through marketing and merchandising
Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming
Trains the team on store processes, merchandise placement, and standards
Participates as the manager-on-duty driving engagement
Sustains daily operating standards and supports scheduling and payroll
Collaborates with key partners to execute shipment processing accurately
Engages employees with an inclusive philosophy and open dialogue

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years store Visual Merchandising and Leadership experience
Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
