About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the Paid Social Manager and Senior Associate on the day to day management of Free People ad programs across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok and Reddit
  • Work cross-functionally to understand the business and react to trends to drive top line revenue at a profitable ROAS
  • Drive tactical strategies that align with brand goals and reporting on performance to Marketing teams
  • Assist with Paid Social campaign execution across all ad platforms
  • Keep a pulse on campaign budgets and spending by owning the daily budget tracker
  • Assist with weekly and monthly channel reporting, analyze the data and make recommendations on potential strategy shifts
  • Partner with Creative Marketing team to create elevated, strategic social ads, managing the asset creation process through Asana
  • Work cross-functionally with Influencer and Organic Social teams to boost/whitelist creator content
  • Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the Brand informed of industry initiatives and key developments
  • Support new platform launches to further grow the channel and business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience at a retailer or agency
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • Knowledge of main social ads platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Reddit & Snapchat)
  • Ability to analyze marketing campaigns, determine measurable results and present recommendations and learnings
  • Experience both developing and executing paid social marketing strategies and tactics
  • Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience (Google Analytics experience preferred, Tableau or Motion experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with project management programs such as Asana
  • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment
