Executive Assistant – Temporary

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes/action items.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on key initiatives.
- Organize executive events, team meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Maintain records, files, and administrative systems.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate executive needs.
