Key responsibilities & impact

Supports service, selling, and business operations to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment
Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, in line with the values of the SPARKED program
Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service
Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote unique customer events that drive brand engagement
Actively participates leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication
Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development
Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards
Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of retail leadership experience
Experience being a team player
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
