About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the FP Movement team as a brand ambassador that embodies company values.
- Advocates for technology usage and trains the team for a seamless Omni-channel retail experience.
- Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection through personalized service.
- Collaborates on fitness connections and event programming that reflects local interests.
- Continuously talent plans to build a strong internal bench and hires exceptional people.
- Prioritizes employee development to ensure expertise on product fit, fabrication, and function.
- Oversees daily operating procedures and responsible for scheduling and payroll management.
- Utilizes Company tools to analyze business opportunities and trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years store leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
- Experience in coaching and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
