About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the preparation and integrity of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and presentations distributed to brand partners and executive leadership
- Own the monthly forecasting process, including brand reviews; maintain a strong command of cost drivers and P&L sensitivities across the portfolio
- Drive the annual budget process, including key metrics review, system uploads, and executive-ready presentations for the leadership team
- Lead ad hoc and decision-support analysis for the Director of FP&A and senior leadership, including scenario modeling and strategic business case development
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of FP&A deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between corporate FP&A and brand finance teams, building strong cross-functional partnerships across URBN departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years’ experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting, ideally in a fast-paced retail or consumer environment
- Experience with financial systems, specifically Oracle Hyperion & MicroStrategy preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational & critical thinking skills
- Experience in actuals vs budget variance analysis
