About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead day-of operations and adhere to event timelines
- Brief and support FOH staff with assigned duties
- Serve as a warm, professional host for guests and clients
- Greet, direct, and manage vendor specific logistics and timelines
- Act as day-of point person, delegating with clear and prompt communication
- Organize and communicate all guest needs and changes efficiently
- Lead and assist with event setup, transitions, and teardown
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service and health/safety guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years in event coordination, planning, or hospitality operations
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Exceptional multitasking, delegation, and problem-solving ability
- Professionalism in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with Terrain’s brand and aesthetic preferred
- Valid alcohol service certification (RAMP training provided if needed)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
