Key responsibilities & impact

Leads a team of Artisans to exceed customer expectations by building genuine, long-lasting relationships through personalized attention
Drives staff knowledge by sharing design and product information on new arrivals and current trends
Actively plans and hosts workshops and special events in their area of expertise
Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications
Exhibits strong communication and contributes content while actively participating and leading daily meetings and/or projects
Leads by example with setting pace and productivity amongst the Artisan team
Operates as an expert and resource for Artisans when projects or workload require problem-solving or reprioritization
Understands the terrain aesthetic and partners with design leadership to create compelling merchandise displays and installations
Collaborates and communicates with the nursery, event, and operations teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in customer service
Experience in horticultural and floral design
Basic knowledge of hand tools, wire usage, and glue guns
Art and design background
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
