About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the back of house operations and maintains the flow of product from receipt to placement.
- Actively participates as the manager-on-duty by driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication.
- Delivers a seamless, multi-channel shopping experience through expertise in omni systems.
- Leads the stock-to-sales processes which includes receiving of shipment to meet productivity standard.
- Oversees organizational standards in back of house and facilitates the sharing of relevant information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Love for the FP brand
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
