Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values
Partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Leadership Team on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the UO customer
Leads and supports the team to elevate every aspect of the store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display to create a compelling atmosphere
Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused on delivering exceptional and genuine customer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized
Interprets customer feedback and team insights to positively improve interactions
Builds a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team to fuel internal growth
Actively recruits and interviews to build an external network of talent
Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
Inspires teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate
Oversees and collaborates with key partners to uphold daily operating procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Passion for UO brand
5+ years store leadership experience
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
